Ground Hog Day Ground Hog Day, which is Friday, is the Kim Kardashian of holidays. It’s only a holiday because someone decided to make it one. Nothing important ever happened on February 2, and probably never will. It does no one any good, and in fact shouldn’t even be a holiday, and if it disappeared from the calendar, no one would notice, or care.
