Watching the Skies with Fingers Crossed.... On Tuesday morning, as I'm writing this column, the National Weather Service rain gauge at my office has recorded 0.09" of rain since the beginning of 2018. We're almost half way through February, and we've had less than a tenth of an inch of precipitation thus far. Last week, we included a "Prayer for Rain"
