The winter months are sometimes a slower time of year for many of us as the weather is unpredictable and with the cold this year the grass and landscaping is enjoying a truly dormant period for a change. There are certainly always things that need to be done, both personally and for the City, but they are often a bit less hectic or demanding for a couple of months right now.
