Walk Across Texas - Week 1
Photo 1: Walk Across Texas Golden Shoe Trophy – Congratulations to Davenport Trucking, trophy winner for week 1. Thank You to all who had a hand in constructing our Gold Shoe Trophy – Jason and Tasha Bradley, Dean and Rebecca Burns, and Chel Terrell.
Over 100 participants gathered on the corner of Rainey and Ave F, known as the band practice field, to initiate the 2018 Walk Across Texas campaign for Mason County citizens! It was truly a colorful afternoon as 100 pounds of colored powder was tossed at participants as they jogged or walked through the color stations along the .5 mile path.
