HCM joint replacement program earns Joint Commission certification

Hill Country Memorial recently earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® Disease-Specific Care Certification for joint replacement. To achieve the certification, the hospital’s joint replacement program, called “Restore,” underwent a rigorous on-site review in December. Joint Commission experts evaluated compliance with national care standards and with requirements specific to joint replacement surgery.
