"Back in the Saddle Again" - Ted H. Smith Retiring from MCAD
Ted H. Smith, Chief Appraiser for Mason Central Appraisal District (MCAD) is retiring after 15 years of service. Ted is a life-long resident of Mason County. He attended Mason schools and graduated from Mason High School in 1971. Upon graduation he attended Texas A&M University where he earned a degree in Landscape Architecture in 1975.
