Bat Cave Report
Dear Mason community: The Nature Conservancy is pleased to announce that the Eckert James River Bat Cave Preserve is once again open for nightly viewings. We made the difficult decision to temporarily close the cave as we worked to resolve and understand an incident that occurred in late June, when a neighboring landowner applied pesticides to his property.
