Renowned Novelist Donates Books to Mason Volunteer Fire Department Fundraising
Last April, a Mason County couple entertained visitors for a long weekend. They went rock hunting, climbed some of the granite uplifts in the north end of the county, and attempted to visit the Eckert James River Bat Cave. Though the cave is closed in April, Bat Cave Steward Vicki Ritter agreed to meet the visitors and show them around the property.
