Owning Landfill Thank you for this forum to express our opinion. I trust “hope” our city “commissioners” on the council read the MCN. Thank you to the two statementsmade in MCN June 26. I whole heartedly agree with D. Armstrong, and J. D. Kidwell. The best way to maintain control of any program is to control as many aspects as possible. I have been disappointed in Ms.
