Celia (Capps) Dodd
Celia Irene (Capps) Dodd of Fredericksburg, Texas, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2019, at the age of 74 from colon cancer. Known by many as Celia, Irene, Sister, Mrs. Dodd, Aunt Rene or Aunt Irene, Grannie, Mom and Momma, she leaves behind a legacy of valuing family, appreciating each moment, and so much love. She was born on September 18, 1944, in Jayton, Texas, to Sarah Margaret (Durham) Capps and Walter Eldridge Capps.
