Sheila Kemp
Sheila Kemp, of Mason, passed away on Monday, January 13, at the age of 70 after a short illness. She was born on August 17, 1949 in Mobile, Alabama to Fred A. Harrell and Aline Ervin Harrell. Her father was in the Air Force so they moved around a lot as she was growing up, living in Panama and France among other places.
