On Saturday, we'll say our final goodbyes to my nephew, Dewey Stockbridge. That funeral is for us, the living, to share our memories and our love for one who is no longer with us on life's journey. That doesn't mean that his influence will not be a huge part of our lives going forward, it just means that we won't have him there to share those experiences. Those who remain still have to get up and go to work every day.
