Sirs, Last week I told you about my dog, Fred, who becomes dead weight when he doesn’t want to do something. It is hilarious if you are a fat, 10-year-old, black mouth cur, but not so much for a Senator. I’m still upset about the Senate’s inability to craft a response to the coronavirus relief bill the House passed on May 15.
