Joe Martinez, long-time City of Mason employee, was honored posthumously on Monday with the presentation of a joint resolution from the Texas House and Senate at the behest of Senator Charles Perry and Representative Andrew Murr. Senator Perry's staff member, Laura Lewis, read the proclamation and made the presentation to Joe's widow, Irene Martinez.
