Going through memories from the month of June and beginning of summer, we spent nearly every Sunday in June going to reunions. The Eckert reunion was always the first weekend and was held at Doss. It always so fun seeing my Eckert cousins. We usually would sneak into Reeh’s Service station/store for a cold soda pop and a candy bar or go “Pich-pochin’” in Threadgill Creek.
