HNB to Open Blanco Branch A new financial institution will open Dec. 4, 2017, at 401 Main St., site of the former PEC service office. HNB, headquartered in Hondo and with locations in Bandera, Uvalde and Leakey, will be a loan production office for now, according to Stormy Pruitt, regional president. “We stress hometown customer service with modern technology,” Pruitt said.
