City Council met March 13, 2018, to address a full agenda of action items Mayor Herden welcomed city engineer Jason Jones, who reported that the Phase 2 FEMA repairs on Peabody dam should be completed in another week, at which time work will begin on the Wayne Smith dam, with a completion time of that project in three to four weeks.
