Lavender to Color Weekend
The 14th annual Lavender Festival will take over downtown Blanco this weekend, as people enjoy arts and crafts, music, local beer and wines, and of course, tours of two area lavender farms

Blanco’s population is estimated to swell tenfold this weekend as the chamber of commerce plays host to the 13th annual Lavender Festival. The three-day event will take place Friday through Sunday in the Old Courthouse Square. “The festival has become a premier event in the Hill Country,” festival organizer Libbey Aly, Blanco Chamber of Commerce executive director said.
