Rough Diamond Brewery celebrated its grand opening Saturday, Aug. 25 with an afternoon of live music food trucks Old 300 and Goldstone Pizza, along with several varieties of beer on tap. “We had 250 to 300 people at the grand opening,” Costa Synodinos said. “There were two bands, JR Herrera and Rockey.
