Council talks issuing certificates of obligation
Mayor Martha Herden called the Blanco city council meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. on Feb. 11 with Mayor Pro Tem Martin Sauceda, and council members Tony Vela, Matt Lewis and Martha Gosnell present. Blair Rudy dressed like George Washington took the floor for a few comments. Herden then read a proclamation in recognition of George Washington’s birthday, which occurs on Feb.
