Opening
City of Johnson City Council conducted a Regular Meeting on August 7, 2018. Mayor Dawn Capra called the meeting to order at 6 pm, and all City Council members were present. The invocation was given by City Council member Rosie Danz, and the Pledge of Allegiance followed.

Citizen John Soane addressed the Council expressing a need for more transparency with City government.
