In the last Commissioners Court, the Commissioners approved a recommendation that the 2900 Bridge be re-named in honor of David and Pat Enloe. This had to go to TxDOT for their approval. In spite of a decrease in work zone crashes in Texas last year, 161 people still lost their lives and another 684 were seriously injured.
