Symposium Seeks Historical Items
The Mason County Historical Commission is planning its annual historical symposium for April 23rd and are in need of some photos and items for our displays. On April 6, 2017, Americans will observe the 100th anniversary of America’s entry into WWI. In observance of the upcoming centennial, the Texas Historical Commission (THC) is collaborating with the” Texas World War I Centennial Commemoration” to honor the role of Texas and Texans in the Great War.
