Opinions Gerry, your May 10 Editorial you state “It’s important to remember that columnists are not necessarily news reporters. They are writers with a viewpoint that is their own, and you may or may not agree with their conclusions.” You are implying that “trained” news reporters factually report and don’t input any of their own ideas.
