Hill Country Memorial will host a free presentation about “Breast Cancer and the Challenges of Lymphedema” on Tues., Oct. 24 at 10 a.m. at the HCM Cancer Resource Center in the Brune Building (808 Reuben St.) in Fredericksburg.
