HCM diabetes education classes in Oct.-Dec.
As part of ongoing diabetes education efforts, the Hill Country Memorial Wellness Center will host several seminars and classes beginning Oct. 12 through the end of the year at the HCM Wellness Center (1006 S. State Hwy. 16) in Fredericksburg. “Diabetes is a serious condition, but it can be managed and even prevented by taking action,” said Kim Thornton, a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator.
