HCM earns ninth consecutive ‘A’ in patient safety
On October 31, Hill Country Memorial received its ninth consecutive “A” grade for excellence in patient safety from The Leapfrog Group, a national health care safety rating institution. Using publicly available data from the Leapfrog Hospital Survey and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade uses 30 measures to assign A through F grades to more than 2,600 U.S.
