Spring Is Bustin' Out All Over... The Rodgers & Hammerstein classic musical, Carousel, has one of my favorite Broadway songs. The residents of the little New England town featured in the play have finally welcomed the warmer days of summer, and they burst into a dancing and singing frenzy, proclaiming, "June is bustin' out all over...." They lament how April had seemed to be the end of winter; but, never quite made it.
