Jam Filled Thumbprint Cookies courtesy: loveandoliveoil.com This is the first of a large group of “thumbprint” cookies that I stumbled across on the ‘net. They sounded good, and appeared to have almost limitless possibilities for the filling. They don’t have any unique or hard-to-find ingredients in them, and have been loved by everyone who’s put a tooth to them.
