Expressing Opinions - Public Forums At Monday's City Commission meeting, a large crowd was in attendance to participate in a discussion on the City's solid waste disposal options. Mayor Brent Hinckley allowed a long period of public comment, and many citizens availed themselves of the opportunity to express themselves and to participate in the conversation. For quite some time now, the News has imposed a 200 word limit on Letters to the Editor.
