Gerry, Of all your editorials I have read since beginning my move to Mason, I must say I especially appreciate the one in yesterday’s edition (Aug. 21, ‘19). My years as a religion opinion writer—all clearly personal editorial content—has taught me that many in our current culture seem to be unable to remember, or maybe never learned, the nature of an editorial.
