The Mebus House
This handsome home on Avenue F here in the town of Mason suggests a castle from a foreign land. The home was built in 1904 by Otto Mebus, the brother of Anna Martin. Anna Martin was a pioneer hero in the early days of Mason. Otto used a set of Victorian house plans and went about creating his dream home.
