County Road Nov 1996, my husband and I bought a beautiful piece of property at the end of Masollan Road from Raymond & Ruth Parker. We became every-other-weekend residents. Seven months after we bought the property, in June 1997, the Llano River flooded our cabin, well house, and sheds. It washed away everything between the cabin and the river: trees, fencing – even the corner posts, irrigation system, and tons of soil.
