I hope you are enjoying the milder temperatures of fall as I know I am. It is one of my favorite times of the year when we get to enjoy the colorful changing of the leaves and family gatherings. LANDFILL: Looking at the progress of our new landfill, it is going forward in the capable hands of our engineers from Biggs and Matthews with oversight by our competent City Manager, John Palacio.
