On Saturday, a motorist in eastern Llano County rammed a trooper's vehicle. Then, they began running. They led a high speed pursuit that came through Llano, west on Highway 29, then into Mason and out toward Hext. Spikes were put out at several locations; but, the vehicle continued to evade law enforcement before finally turning down toward London and ending the chase. As is often the case in life, the incident that began this chase neither began nor ended here in Mason.
