Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta
This zesty Cajun-style pasta is full of lean chicken, peppers, and onions. I’ve never met a Cajun recipe I didn’t like or a Cajun that wasn’t a fabulous cook. Creole and Cajun cuisine have been mistaken to be the same, but the origins of Creole cooking began in New Orleans, and Cajun cooking came 40 years after the establishment of New Orleans.
