Sunset for Sunset
"Sunset Carson, 63, a 1940s cowboy movie hero, died Tuesday of a heart attack in Reno, Nevada" That notice, tucked away in the "World Deaths" section of the newspaper, opened the curtains of memory in my mind. Out on the stage of nostalgia rode all the movie heroes of my childhood — Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, Rex Allen, Johnny Mack Brown, Allen "Rocky"
