In continuing with my “Beef-based” recipes for the month of May, I am sharing my shredded beef wraps. Beef is known as red meat and it gets a bad “wrap” sometimes. It is really a healthy choice though. As I said last week, it is loaded with nutrition. Being involved in the beef industry, I think it is incredibly important to cook with beef.
