By Emily Hilley-Sierzchula Central Texans—including a fair number from Mason County—streamed into the small town of Rocksprings last week to make their feelings known about a controversial proposal for a private dam across the South Llano River in Edwards County. “My outrage meter is high,” said Carolyn Frost, who owns property in Mason County.
