Here in the Hill Country folks know Grammy Award-winner Johnny Nicholas owns the little white-painted wooden restaurant and music venue, inconveniently located just 11 miles north of Fredericksburg on HWY 87. And, on any given night you may catch him at his Hill Top Cafe bangin’ the keys along with some of his notable friends.
