Redbud Café Celebrates 8 Years as Hill Country Favorite
The Redbud Café, 410 4th St., is celebrating its 8th anniversary as an integral part of Blanco’s historic square. Major renovation to the building’s façade expanded the outdoor eating area last year yet kept its historical integrity.

Jon and Jan Brieger first landed at the Blanco square 25 years ago, when they opened their pottery store at 408 4th St. The store was next to the Blanco Hardware and Equipment Store, and later housed a health food store. “We knew people needed other options for dining out,” said Jan.
