Truck Takes Out Pole, Rock Wall at Texas Regional Bank
A truck hit a power pole next to the Texas Regional Bank drive thru at the corner of Main (US 281) and 4th St. at 9 p.m., Monday, Oct. 16, 2017. The power flashed off for a few seconds on that grid. Pedernales Electric Cooperative crews from Canyon Lake and Marble Falls repaired the pole and restored power to nearby businesses and homes. “We were without power from the time of the accident until 7:30 a.m.,” said Ramona Covey, Texas Regional State Bank vice president.
