Blanco Education Foundation Honors Top 10

During his first year as superintendent, Clay Rosenbaum has brought many positive changes to he district, the latest being the Blanco Education Foundation. The Blanco Education Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt public corporation that will be independent from BISD and will have its own board to generate and disburse funds generated from a variety of fund-raising activities.
