I looked up our rainfall records at our house and found that we have had more than twice as much rain in the first half of 2018 as we did in 2011, and even if I look at the total rainfall for the nine months preceding the end of June in 2018 compared to 2011, again we have had more than twice as much rain this year than in 2011.
