Last week, I was asked to join a panel discussion on this topic at the Texas Water Research Network, sponsored by the Cynthia and George Mitchell Family Foundation and the City of Austin. Our panel included representatives from our neighbors in New Braunfels and the Regional Water Authority for the cities of Kyle, San Marcos and Buda.
