Gone Fishin’ at BSP

On Sept. 18, Blanco State Park received around 1,600 nine-inch catfish from the San Marcos inland fishery. Did you know that a fishing license is not required to fish within the boundaries of a state park? So, come on out and try your hand at catching some fish. We have some fishing poles that you can check out from our Park Headquarters as well.
