Panther basketball season underway

The Panther basketball season is here. The first game was played Nov. 19 against the Canyon Lake Hawks. Blanco took a win over the Hawks, but lost to Stacey and St. Anthony in the next games to currently hold a 1-2 record. Since seeing the team play Coach Juston Weldon said, “I think we have a solid group of hard working kids that practice hard and want to win, and I feel good about the season moving forward.” Weldon believes all of his team’s players are players to watch. “Ever ...
