Christine Anderson has recently been appointed to the Blanco Planning and Zoning board. Anderson might not be from Blanco, but she’s here to stay. She grew up near Boston and describes herself as a “transplanted Yankee.” She has really enjoyed life in Texas, but still visits her family back north. After moving to Blanco, Anderson decided to seek out volunteer work and Mayor Martha Herden suggested that she attend a P&Z meeting.
