Lady Panthers defeat Wimberley, improve to 2-1
The Blanco girls basketball team picked up a 50-40 win at Wimberley on Monday, Nov. 23. The Lady Panthers led 10-7 at the end of the first quarter and 20-18 at the half. They stretched their lead in the third quarter, scoring 16 points to Wimberley’s nine. This seven-point gap gave Blanco the necessary lead for the win.
