Peggy Jean Moore Sparks was born in San Antonio on March 19, 1930. Peggy died peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, Aug. 15, 2021, at Sedro Memory Care in Georgetown. She is survived by her brother, Roger Keith Moore of Blanco; her children, James Clifton Sparks and wife Lynda of Bastrop, Lucy Ellen Sparks Neyens and husband Neil of Blanco, Mary Alice Sparks Davis and husband Mike of Burnet, and Dr.
